Rules

• Weekly assignments will be announced on Tuesday. Entries must be submitted before 9:00 PM Eastern time on the following Monday.
• To enter the contest, add your photos to the Essential Public Radio group on Flickr.
• Any entrant who has fulfilled at least three out of the five weekly assignments will be entered into a drawing for the weekly prize. A Pittsburgh EPM, Inc. employee will draw one winner randomly from the list of potential winners. The winner will be announced by the Wednesday following the close of that week's contest. Winners will be contacted through their Flickr accounts. No substitutions will be made for the weekly prize. Pittsburgh EPM, Inc. is not liable for any failure or action of a third party involved in providing the weekly prize.
• Contestants must follow all federal, state and local laws. Do not put yourself or your subjects in danger. Do not trespass on private property. Participation is at your own risk. Pittsburgh EPM, Inc. cannot be held liable for any actions you undertake while participating in this contest.
• People employed by Pittsburgh EPM, Inc. or WYEP and their families are not eligible to compete.
• No purchase necessary. Membership is not required to enter.
