The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was signed into law on March 23rd, 2010. Nearly 2 years later, Americans are still debating its merits and the U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments against the Act beginning March 27th. On Essential Pittsburgh we’ll talk to Rick Dreyfuss of the Commonwealth Foundation, one of 17 organizations that filed an amicus curiae brief challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act in the Supreme Court.
