Essential Public Radio Morning Edition host, Josh Raulerson, has been training for the Pittsburgh Marathon. We joined him for a run through Schenley Park and talked about how he’s been training for the race. Then, over 20,000 runners will be taking part in the Pittsburgh Marathon events. No matter how much caution is exercised in training, injuries are bound to happen. We’ll talk about common running injuries and foot care for runners with Tara Ridge, physical therapist at UPMC’s Center for Sports Medicine and Center for Rehab Services.
