      A bill that could eventually eliminate 50 seats in the state House chamber and 12 seats in the state Senate has been approved by State House members. We’ll debate the issue with House Majority Leader Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny County) who is in favor of the bill and Representative Kathy Rapp (R-Forest County) who opposes the bill.
